Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refund Policy Between Service Providers and Users

Users may request to cancel their registration for activities, training sessions, or seminars by contacting the company through its official chat channels—namely Facebook and Line OA.

Upon confirmation of the cancellation request, the company will consider issuing a full refund only if the user notifies the company no less than 15 business days prior to the event date.

If the cancellation is requested after this period, the company reserves the right to deny any refund under all circumstances due to advance expenses such as venue booking, speaker arrangements, or accommodation.

In cases where the user is dissatisfied after receiving the service, the company reserves the right not to issue a refund, as the services are scheduled and involve non-recoverable costs.

Additional Notes

The company reserves the right to deny a refund if the user fails to attend the event without submitting a prior cancellation request.

Refunds (if eligible) will be processed within 30 business days from the date all required documents are received.

Required Documents for Refund Requests

A copy of the user’s bank account details (the account holder’s name must match the registration name).

Proof of payment or receipt.
